These terms apply to the Tapvera Academy website and to courses offered by Tapvera Academy, the training wing of Tapvera Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By using this website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms. Your enrolment documents may include further terms specific to your course and batch, and those apply alongside this page.

Courses and batches

• Course content, schedules and batch dates are shared during counselling and at enrolment. We may update syllabus content to keep it relevant to industry needs.
• Training takes place at our Kolkata campus unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• We may reschedule sessions for reasons such as public holidays or circumstances outside our control, and will inform students in advance where possible.

Fees

Course fees are published on our fees page and confirmed in writing at enrolment. Fees must be paid as agreed in your enrolment terms. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Student conduct

• Students are expected to attend regularly, meet project deadlines and behave professionally with staff, clients and other students.
• Client information and project work you access during training are confidential. You must not share client data, files or credentials outside the academy.
• We may suspend or end enrolment for serious misconduct, including misuse of client information.

Live client projects and portfolio

Students work on real client projects under supervision. Client work belongs to the client. You may show your contribution in your portfolio where the client allows it, and we will guide you on what can be shared.

Job guarantee

The job guarantee applies to students who meet the conditions set out in writing at enrolment, including course completion, attendance, project work and participation in the placement process. Please read those conditions carefully before you enrol.

Certificates

Certificates are issued to students who complete their course requirements.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
