How refunds and cancellations work for courses at Tapvera Academy.

We want every student to choose the right course with confidence. That is why we offer free counselling and campus visits before enrolment, and share the full fee and terms in writing before you pay.
Before the batch starts
If you need to cancel your enrolment before your batch begins, contact us in writing. Any refund will be handled according to the refund terms shared with you at enrolment.
After the batch starts
Once training has started, seats, trainers and project allocation are committed to you. Requests made after the batch begins are reviewed under the terms in your enrolment documents.
Changing your batch or course
If your circumstances change, speak to us before asking for a refund. Where possible, we can help you move to a later batch or a different course.
How to request a refund
- Email us with your name, phone number, course and batch details, and the reason for your request.
- We will confirm receipt and respond with a decision under your enrolment terms.
- Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
